Alison Moore

After serving for 20 years in the Royal Navy, Alison realised that many older adults do not have affordable access to health and fitness services.  Qualifying as a Personal Trainer, Alison went on to complete additional training in Falls Prevention, Chair Exercise, Older Adult and Exercise Referral.  She is a Dementia Friend and enjoys delivering exercise and mobility classes in care homes, community centres and church halls concentrating on improving "Activities for Daily Living", strength, balance and falls prevention.

About Us

Alison works in a number of Care Homes in the north Sefton area.  She is also available to deliver Chair Exercise and Falls Prevention to community groups and centres.  Contact her for more details and to arrange a taster session.
